  1. Employee performance view editor in performance appraisal area, can be updated through out year

    Please create a column for Manager to capture employees areas of improvement & appreciation along with performance appraisal column, which can be updated throughout year and is not viewable by employee, at the end of year while evaluating, manager can view all what he/she did right and wrong throughout, so it is a justified evaluation for a year not just last 2 -3 months which everyone recalls while reviewing the performance.
